Nightwing - Rules

Here is a general idea of what my plans are for this legacy.  They aren't following the normal idea for legacies, but a few things I have to achieve before I hand the house over to the heir.

The legacy is taking place in Hidden Springs, time set on Normal (not that it matters because aging is turned off) and the lot is the 64x63 empty lot to the North East of town (assuming city hall faces south.) The family will live on this lot building the house up as they go.

1.) The founding parents will remain ageless and live in the house (cause I like them, and don't want them to die).  They will max out painting and sculpting and every Saturday they will drop all paintings and sculptures off at the consignment store.  Not before. Only exception is to melting ice sculptures which can be sold right away until the secret to non-melting ice is learnt.

2.) Since aging is turned off the children have to achieve certain goals before aging up.

  • Babies age up right away
  • Toddlers must complete 5 skills - walking, talking, potty, pegbox and xylophone before they can age up
  • Children must have at least 3 skill points in - fishing, logic, painting and writing.  They must also be on the honor roll for 3 days and have a after school activity. (any other skills learnt are a bonus) Before they can be aged up.
  • Teens must have at least 3 skill points in  - athletic, charisma, cooking,  gardening and  handiness.  They must also learn to drive, have a boyfriend/girlfriend, go to the prom, be on the honor roll for 3 days and have an after school activity. (any other skills learnt are a bonus) Before they can be aged up.
  • Young Adults (non-heirs) are going to move out when they have a job, and are married.
  • Young Adults (heirs) must be married and have at least a level 5 in their job before taking over the household.  Young Adults will age into Adults when they reach level 10 in their career or their first born becomes a teen which ever is first.
  • Adults will age into elders when they have a business and fully up graded community lot, level 10 in their career, and their first born becomes a young adult.
3.) All traits are to be random.  Life time wishes picked when Teen turns to Young Adult.

4.) The heir is the first born elven child. (male or female) This is not allowed to be influenced by fruit.

5.) Each generation will buy one business and one community lot (fully upgraded) before handing keys to heir.

6.) There will be a sculpture and painting of every generation from toddler to young adult.  The founding couple (Elle and Zar) will be responsible for this for all generations.
